Was not happy with the valet, purchased Gaurdex product for £400 and it hadn’t been applied so had to take the vehicle back for it to be done properly, unfortunately this has let you down and has put me off slightly

It would be useful if the Multivan and ID buzz could be handled by non-commercial sales execs as those vehicles bridge the gap a bit and would save a second trip to get quotes on these vehicles.

This is my second car supplied under the Motability System in each case the your Mr Leigh Workman provided me with excellent service explaining everything from order to collection. I will be talking to him when my next car is due in three years time.

Thankyou to Adam for delivering the owner's manual to my house-he didn't have the manual when I collected the car. Am not sure if I met anyone from the management team but spoke briefly to Adam's boss. Don't think service plan was discussed but Adam mentioned that car had 2 year warranty. Overall was very happy with experience and thanks particularly to Adam for his help and professionalism..
