Service 1st class, however i was looking to get some other work done but telephone operators do not help and i was unable to get a simple accurate costing over the phone as a result took the work else where.

The salesman Mr Jonny Elliott at your Newport road branch in Middlesborough was very informative about the new volkswagen Golf we were interested in giving us all the information we required. I did not come in but spoke to Tom on the phone so some of the above answers are “no” but not through any fault of the the Salesman just circumstances. He came back to me with a new car offer but we found an identical car which was one year old and bought that. We would come back to you next time though as we received a good response - better than the Northallerton garage who were not as efficient in getting back to us, after a good first visit. Just the follow up really. However the Northallerton garage were amazing when my car needed oil on a day of torrential rain! They sorted me out so well, and I stayed dry.
