The car was delayed due to systems issues with VW. 2 days ended up been 4 days. But the dealership charged lol my car whilst there. And kept me informed of the situation

Could not have been more helpful and courteous. A minor defect that I had not noticed in the car I was buying was pointed out to me by the sales executive (Adam Bell) and was repaired within days. It would have been easy to just not mention it but top marks for honesty and customer service. It's the sort of approach that encourages brand loyalty.
