Other garages clean and vac cars when taken in for servicing. Its a bit odd that you send out a text showing replacement tyres that you don't have in stock and then offer a tyre not on the list.

Service & communication all good. Staff in Dealership very friendly & competent. Nice that the car had been cleaned on the outside, but a run round with a vacuum & polish on the inside would have been appreciated, I'm sure that used to happen previously. Overall happy though :)

Courtesy car issued was filthy inside (all seats covered with dog hair) I had to vacuum the front seats before using

Nicolle looked after my booking arrangements from start to finish and her professionalism made me feel that I was in capable hands. The work on my car was completed on time and the vehicle returned to me in perfect condition.

I thought a valet was included in the £60 inspection charge and seemed to think the person who made the booking mentioned this but I could be mistaken! I though she said the car would be valeted inside and out but neither happened.

Excellent service from Lewis the service advisor and also would like to say how friendly and helpful Laura O ‘hara was on the front desk. The dealership also looks fab since the refurb :)
