I have been very satisfied with the service at Lookers Middlesbrough and Thomas Covell has been very helpful and supportive and dealt with any queries I have raised promptly and effectively.

I would just like to say that out of all my car buying experiences ( and there have been many ) this as by far been the most enjoyable. Jonathan was amazing. Answered all my enquiries, kept me up to date with regular phone calls and emails. I never once felt the need to call the dealership as Jonathan was on the ball with everything. It was a motability vehicle so service agreements already in place Ordering was during pandemic so contact was minimal via phone length of wait for vehicle of 18 months out of Lookers control but once delivered happy with dealer actions and professional treatment

I received an email reminder of my appointment the day before, but the time shown was incorrect, which meant I had to ring the dealership to confirm the correct time. When the car was returned to me I was still getting the notification on the instrument panel of " Inspection Due", which I had to get a member of staff to remove. However, all the staff I dealt with were most courteous and helpful.
