I made an initial enquiry a year ago, last service, and did again this time. I was offered a sum over 2k higher than last time and the new vehicles I was offered were very tempting. I chose one and it was on our drive around three weeks later. The salesman, Tom, was great and did follow up calls to ensure all had gone well. A painless and enjoyable experience.

Will return in a year as I have a service plan . I bought my vehicle here and like it . No pressure to have ‘extras’ done . Could do without the emails inviting me to get updates on the process and I did not click on these links ( because I am a fossil ) .
