Telephone system is too automated and I gave up ringing back because of waiting times. This needs improvement. Bring bs k human involvement

Given the money that I spent on a major service on Friday 5th August I would have expected my car to be cleaned.

There was an intermittent noise on my car. I needed it checked. Nothing was found but I got the reassurance I needed and the car was health checked. I was also advised that I could take it in if the noise came back. That was what I needed and all that could be done in the circumstances.

We cannot recommend Brian Clark enough. Excellent service provided and very helpful from start to finish.

Reception staff member was very efficient and polite.

Sadly the experience was not as expectedThe Car passed MOT only to be advised there was a red fail with one tyre which I was advised to take to Kwik fit to have rectifiedKwik fit advised no problemI have since contacted the dealership and the issue has been put down to technician mistakeMy worry is that this was not picked up or checked before the reception rang to advise car was ready to pick up

Excellent customer service. Jonny and the team went above and beyond to secure the car I was after and managed to get me a great deal. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future!

Maybe you could put the times on the web link (Track Your Vehicle Status), so we can see how long the car takes at different stages, from arrival, each job, to job finished? I did see a message on the web link to say, check my email for the VHC video, but sadly I never got the email?! Not to worry, maybe a miss type on the email address, easy to do. Thanks.
