Great service and communication. Would have been good for the service team to explain what the update contained and next steps rather than a leaflet in the car. Also option to have car valeted before collection even at small cost would have been a nice touch as this is offered at some other premier dealerships.

I would have thought that for paying £189 and for it being a first service that the car would have been hoovered and cleaned. It wasn’t, on the whole this isn’t important but I was surprised

I don't agree with putting a Red advisory on tyres that are only around 50% worn (4.5mm). Up selling at its finest!
