We have had an issue with the car within the first few days of ownership. This has been dealt with professionally and courteously. Couldn't have asked for more.

Dealt with Amy at Middlesbrough branch. She was brilliant throughout our experience. We had been having issues with DLG autos due to an accident with the car. Amy communicated with them throughout on our behalf and took the stress out of the situation. She also got the outcome we wanted from them as they paid for the damage to the car radiator. She went over and above and stayed in touch with me everyday the car was at Lookers. Thank you for great customer service and well done.
