Thomas Hughes and Jonathan Elliott were knowledgeable about the vehicle and purchase options. Their conversation was easy, making us very comfortable. At handover, Jonathan explained all of the driver aids etc. Overall the dealership experience was 10/10.

Matthew was brilliant from start to finish. He emailed a video of the car to me and then when I visited the showroom he took me through the finance details and also the features of the car. I even added some accessories to the purchase and Matthew took care of these without any issues.A credit to Lookers Teesside.
