Chris Lamplugh was amazing to deal with he explained things very well, he was helpful and nothing too small for him either. He was easy to chat too and always kept in touch to let me know what was going on. The dealership was clean and tidy and would definitely recommend the dealership to friends and family

All went well. Several consecutive faults - an unusual coincidence - were dealt with and are now resolved, hopefully for good. At the time of my car being repaired there was a shortage of loan vehicles, also now resolved. Gary the manager took the time to explain all the issues to me, this was appreciated.

Tom Covell was a absolute delight to deal with. He was a credit to your company, he was clear and transparent with everything and was great at sending videos of my new car. I would recommend him to everyone who is looking for a new car. The whole team at Volkswagen Teesside were exceptional.
