Great Service. Top Class

Disappointed the car wasn't even washed outside i didnt expect a full valet inside and out but spending over £400 and not a sign of a duster ver poor compared to other garages in the area

The customer service was excellent, especially from Lauren, who went out of her way to help with a courtesy car and making sure that the repairs were carried out to everyone's satisfaction. We thanked her personally, but would appreciate her manager reiterating that customer service is a credit to the company.

Is easy to arrange the service and you are kept up to date with things as they move along - i combined my MOT with the Service. Only thing that didn't happen was that my car wasn't washed and hoovered as this service is not available at the moment due to refurbishment that's taking place - normally this is an extra service given when you choose your dealer to service you car
