The whole staff were great! We spoke to the manager he was very polite and professional. Also the receptionist was great we had a good conversation with her. And Jack was an absolute delight, very professional and knew all his stuff. Thanks very much.

When booking in my vehicle by telephone it would have been good if I could have been told about the disruption caused by the refurbishment and where the temporary entrance and reception area were located. Especially as I am a Motability customer and parking near to entrance would have been helpful. Otherwise totally satisfied with the service.
