Yes I was dropped off at work and picked up later marvelous !!!

I have used Lookers now for 15 years and their cars and staff are first class, my only concern now is that as we are all using our cars much less due to the effects of Covid and therefore recording a lot fewer miles I am finding that the costs of the servicing are now disproportionate ie. I had to ask for an alternative to the Major Sevice offered due to the fact that I had only done just over 1000 miles since the last service so as I had asked I was offered a minor service which I accepted at just over £100.00 but with the extras, I agreed to even that service came to just short of £400.00, it cannot be right and I feel that all major garages should think of setting up a new servicing system to accommodate these change in circumstances into the future. regards Paul Hornby

I am one of your more elderly customers at Middlesbrough Lookers and do not use a smart phone so I am very appreciative with the very helpful assistance provided by service receptionists like Amy . I was also impressed with the mechanic's video inspection which I viewed later in the day on my wife's phone which reinforced Amy's description of what needed to be done in the near future.

I expected the car to have been hoovered and washed. Unfortunately this didn’t happen

Yes, I was asked to contact a sales person who wanted to offer me a valuation on my car and i forgot!! Could the service department who saw the car advise sales please as they commented on how excellent the car was!! Thanks :-) :-)

Id rather the technician was able to just do the work on my car instead of wasting making a video, I couldn't access the video anyway. The booking was simple but then I was getting emails telling me to check in? Its a garage not an airport? The report by the technican seemed thorough and I was happy with the work they had done.

I thought I needed my tyres changing, the technician told me there were still healthy with a good tread remaining and the video was really helpful. Overall, very professional and feel my car had been thoroughly checked/serviced.

Brian was helpful and answered all my questions. I’m not sure if any of the staff I met were management and that wasn’t of concern to me, Brian if he isn’t management should be as I didnt need anyone else to sell me my new car.
