Disappointed the car wasn't even washed outside i didnt expect a full valet inside and out but spending over £400 and not a sign of a duster ver poor compared to other garages in the area

The customer service was excellent, especially from Lauren, who went out of her way to help with a courtesy car and making sure that the repairs were carried out to everyone's satisfaction. We thanked her personally, but would appreciate her manager reiterating that customer service is a credit to the company.
