Very disappointed with costs quoted. For example an engine flush , replace expansion bottle and replace coolant £750. I got an estimate for the same job at a reputable garage of £120. You did offer a reduction to £495 but still far too expensive. Will think carefully about getting any more work done at lookers.

Efficient, friendly and helpful staff

I asked for the tyre pressures to be checked and I don’t believe this was done. The low pressure light came on during the trip home. I know I have a very slow puncher in the rear tyre and it needs topping up once a week so due to this I don’t think the tyre pressures were checked.The footwell in the drivers position was muddy. Not a small amount but chunks of mud from someone’s boot, also mud scraped across the doorwell. I don’t expect the car to come out of the garage dirtier than it went in. I know that you are not cleaning cars at the moment, but to leave mud in the car isn’t on. I was going to go back in the garage to complain but decided it wasn’t worth it and I would clean it myself.

On this occasion my overall experience was very good. Discussed the problem with Amy in Customer Services. Amy was very helpful and kept me informed during the repair. My car was collected from home and returned within the agreed timeframe. Amy also confirmed a final price lower than the original estimate.

Feel like car should be washed and cleaned after service. Don’t feel covid is an reason to not provide this as part of service now.
