I recognise that you are in the middle of a major refurb; but (1) signage to reception was poor (2) disappointing there was no coffee for waiting customers

The dealership was undergoing a refurbishment and only had 3 brand new cars on show which the salesman was not allowed to sell due to lack of stock and was not sure if and when any new cars would be available without a considerable wait

Once again Lookers Teesside excelled themselves. The delightful Parts manager took my car to work after waking me up with a coffee and making my packed lunch for me (he’s a keeper!) Sadly I didn’t get to see the lovely service receptionist but I have it on good authority that Amy was amazing.

Input from individual staff was good, particularly given delivery problems that were totally outside of their control. Also good for compensating for the long delivery period by recognising the increased value of the trade in vehicle and improving the trade in financial package accordingly.
