It was my intention from the outset to purchase the car outright so did not go into any detail about potential finance options. I cannot recall any information being offered but this did not detract from the overall service I received. Adam Bell, the salesperson I dealt with, was friendly, informative and helpful. Buying a car these days is far more complex than maybe a few years ago but Adam made the process as easy as possible. He also sorted my personal number plate and was patient in explaining how all the gizmos worked. Not so straight forward with an older man like me!

Chris Lamplugh was excellent, nothing was too much trouble the whole process from start to finish was exceptional I even recommend lookers to my friend, she went this week and purchased the exact same car from another helpful member of staff named Adam. Well done lookers I will definitely be recommending you again 👍

I was initially contacted by phone to book the car in for MOT. There was so much background chat that I terminated the call. The chatter was both unprofessional and unwelcome. I later booked the car in online without @nt issues.
