From my first communication with VW Lookers, at Teeside they have provided an excellent purchasing experience. Prompt answering of my various questions and call back promises were kept. They were open to negotiation on price. Good part exchange offered. I will certainly be willing to consider purchasing from them again.

We had a deal with Audi A1 which we had our hearts set on, however after speaking with Tom Hughes we decided to go ahead with the polo as the service he provided was outstanding right from the start. He is a credit to the Volkswagen dealership!
