I recently traded in two VW cars due to a bereavement and purchased a T-Roc from Lookers Middlesbrough. The service from first contact with them to collecting the car was excellent. This is the 7th vehicle I have purchased from Lookers and look forward to trouble free driving for the next few years.

lookers were brilliant as usual, liz did everything possible to see that i was looked after and given the right information for my needs and care whilst in the dealership, the same was given when i returned to collect my car. i would give lookers a 10 star for customer care

Salesperson very good - especially in the way the car was presented from the first point of contact. One slight negative was the amount of time reading out the rules and regulations which dampened the initial enthusiasm around the car. I appreciate this has to be done but perhaps it could be done once the sale has been completed. In all the many garages visited in pursuit of a car this monotonous reading did not happen.

Booking was easy and service was carried out as required. Lookers staff were superb and I commend them

Overall very good. Shame you don't supply loan cars to save waiting around for hours whilst work is being done. Lizzy at vw Teesside was excellent.
