it would help if you could book a time slot when booking even when you answer no to waiting at the dealership. i don't think it is realistic for your car to be booked in from 8-00am to 5.00pm

Received excellent service from Jonathan Elliot, Lookers Middlesbrough. Managed to sort everything out, regarding purchasing the car in a week. The only downside was l didn't get a full tank of petrol ! Thank you

Adam could not have been more helpful, i had driven 330 miles to see the car and he offered me a cuppa straight away. The whole cash sale was great, all the points on the car had been addressed, he even picked me up from the station on his day off the complete the handover. A real credit to Lookers. I did mention this to Gary his boss at the original meeting. Well done Adam keep up the great work looking after the customers 😄

As an NHS worker looking I was comparing offers for a new electric car. The sales guy was really honest that they would not be able to match the Fleet solutions. However he was still incredibly helpful in my decision process. I would therefore recommend on the service this branch of Lookers provides.
