I would recommend this Volkswagon dealership every time, they were honest, realiable and understanding. Very good throughout.

I would expect the area where the new car was collected could have been more presentable. When collecting new cars in the past from Lookers they have either been in a private 'room' or in the showroom itself, with a cover over the car prior to being shown around the car. On this occasion the car was parked around the side of the showroom which was a bit shabby. If it was raining or dark I don't know what would have happened. I just think more thought needs to go into it when collecting a new car to make it that bit special.
