A truly pleasurable experience. Tom Covell is a credit to your team. From start to finish it was a pleasure, all queries answered, very professional, hassle free and completed smoothly. The previous representative from 3 years ago actually put me off returning to VW. Tom has completely reversed that sentiment and I will staying with VW for the future.
