The lookers vw team were superb. I even got to pick up the car earlier than originally arranged. The whole deal from start to finish was seamless and trouble free. Now I have my car I couldn't be happier. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from lookers vw.

The customer service was great and the lady I dealt with was very friendly. The only thing I would say would be to let customers know if your car is booked in for a technical update to software due to a fault it will be in all day and not just a couple of hours as we were told as I had to arrange a lift back home but fortunately someone was able to pick me up or else I would have had to hang around all day!

Car not washed or vacuumed, first time ever this has not been done!

Thanks the issue was I wanted an Electric or Hybrid car that could do over 275 miles, and I needed it in a week. Unfortunately Lookers was not able to supply one, there was an id.3 77 ready however that was too expensive and I was told that they could not reduce price. The dealers were very nice and even sent me an email when they could not do anything, which I appreciate.

Although the overall experience was good, and the process was a smooth transaction. I was disappointed that the car we bought had no oil in the engine by the time we got home. I would have thought that even buying an ex demonstrator car with very low mileage would have had an engine check.

The most important thing that stood out for me was his respect, listening to what I was looking for in a car and ensuring I found the right one.
