I had to cancel my appointment twice due to work commitments. I will book another appointment when i know that this wont happen again. The team were very understanding though and did what they could to help.

Staff were very helpful. They had the car ready to go for a rest drive and had hood knowledge of the vehicle although it was from a different manufacturer

I only made a telephone enquiry about a particular vehicle, but the mileage was higher than advertised so was not of interest to me.

- I asked for the parts removed (clutch) to be kept for inspection, it wasn't. - Car was filthy when returned, interior storage compartments, glove box and boot had been ransacked. - Told reg plate bulb was out and needed replacing, it wasn't.

The person who manager the booking was great and fitted me in. The person in the dealership (Amy?) was amazing, kept me informed, sorted the car, friendly and very supportive.
