I contacted Lookers Darlington who said that anything to do with the brakes probably wasn’t covered Under warranty . I was unhappy with their response so took the car to Middlesbrough who asked me to leave the car as it might be a safety issue! I had a phone call to say there was a seized rear calliper and had been ordered and would Arrive and be fitted tomorrow. Next time I saw the car was after a call to say work was complete. Thanks Middlesbrough VW but not Darlington.

From my first communication with VW Lookers, at Teeside they have provided an excellent purchasing experience. Prompt answering of my various questions and call back promises were kept.
