We had a deal with Audi A1 which we had our hearts set on, however after speaking with Tom Hughes we decided to go ahead with the polo as the service he provided was outstanding right from the start. He is a credit to the Volkswagen dealership!

lookers were brilliant as usual, liz did everything possible to see that i was looked after and given the right information for my needs and care whilst in the dealership, the same was given when i returned to collect my car. i would give lookers a 10 star for customer care
