James was attentive and helpful. He provided clear information, was not pushy and had a welcome smile. I didn't really know what I wanted, which usually gets a response that suggests I am wasting their time, James didn't react like this, instead showing me options and talking through things with me. Unfortunately, I did choose a different option (I ended up going for a lease - cost and time based) but I will return when the lease runs out.
