Answered questions in a timely manner

I made a formal complaint about communication problems from sales and servicing on Saturday 31 January. This has all now been resolved satisfactorily.

I have emailed, telephoned and written to Lookers Teesside, without success. I am seeking clarification that my car was taxed and confirmation that they used the correct name and details to register my new car. I have also asked for a printout of the service history. No success so far, also, I have not a courtesy follow up phone call. This is a surprise as the sales experience was excellent.I can provide copies of emails, letters etc

Your Chat AI is awful. Just terrible. Doesnt answer my questions well at all. No predictability. My partner and I were travelling to Skegness , for the weekend, when my VW T-Cross broke down not far from Lookers Teesside.We called VW breakdown and waited for recovery, then we were towed to Teesside.VW breakdown were unable to find us a replacement vehicle and as it was late friday afternoon they ordered a taxi to take us home.We had our luggage in the back of the taxi when Tom from sales managed to find us a car while Lizzy from service sorted the insurance. We were away to Skegness late bur we got there.Returned on Monday and again VW breakdown could not find us a car and were sorting a hire car from Enterprise when Lizzy phoned to say they were expecting the part that afternoon and were hoping to have car fixed by the end of the day.We arrived at 2pm and my car was ready to go by 3pm.What can I say? Lizzy, Tom and your technicians saved our weekend. The service and welcome we received were outstanding and I was moved by the kindness we were shown at a stressful time.The staff went above and beyond and I would just like to say thank you for outstanding service, care and consideration.

I was disappointed to receive the test vehicle with 20% charge only. Surely this isn’t sufficient for a good test drive. The organisation seemed a bit hap hazard. I advised I would be calling in at 9am and wasn’t served until 9:30 due to a meeting

Nov 23 since then had a problem infotainment system. Gary Tailor new sales manager states the vehicle has been in twice previously for the same fault.Awaiting a software update first quarter and it was put back till the 4th quarter. You can do this yourself leave on in a safe environment. Cust called on the Saturay and advised theme it hadnt worked. Took the car in Tuesday and then advised the customer that it was alll sorted, however the fault is still there. Ring and advised it still hasnt resolved the issue. The cust has asked for a replacement veehicle but this has not been responded to.
