Communication of requirements .The information given suggested an MOT was required , then e mail re a Brake service . Obviously record for date of purchase of the vehicle are incorrect/incomplete. I knew what was required - an annual service due to low mileage and when I dropped the car off that is what it was booked to carry out. The welcome and handover were all good . The work carried seems to be all ok .
