I repair my car and coast me around 1000£ but problem came backCa18 pvtAirbag light

Left the car at 9 30 AM after 5 6 hours my car just sat in parking space for cool down the oil... outside temperature 2 Celsius my drive to service 8 minutes. At 3 pm u still wait to cool down? This is my second bad experience with u.Anyone checked the temperature in this time so can be serviced? Or u just looked on a clock ? None of those. Time wasted.I dont remember the name of the lady but I was telling her for dsg filter replacement she told me that : entire gearbox must come out...what ? I called her and told her where is the location of the filter...then she told me ok we will do it. As a vw dealership u should already know this....ohhh was because they didn't want to remove air / battery ? And will take time? U made me believe this how u treat foreigners. Im 100% sure if I need to service my car at this branch I prefer to scrap it or burn it.

Waited 6 weeks to have my vehicle looked at for a number of serious faults,made sure there was an automatic vehicle for me on the day I took mine in,only to be told night before that its on long term use.But the RAC have been informed and they will supply you with one.They hadnt been informed, as Im disabled I couldnt be without a car and the staff werent really interested. I have been into the site several times for various concerns,car wouldnt charge,was told to go and find a charging point and come back,there are 2 in forecourt! That is one of several times I have been unhappy with the solution I have been given.

Answered questions in a timely manner

I made a formal complaint about communication problems from sales and servicing on Saturday 31 January. This has all now been resolved satisfactorily.

I have emailed, telephoned and written to Lookers Teesside, without success. I am seeking clarification that my car was taxed and confirmation that they used the correct name and details to register my new car. I have also asked for a printout of the service history. No success so far, also, I have not a courtesy follow up phone call. This is a surprise as the sales experience was excellent.I can provide copies of emails, letters etc

Staff were great however the details on the website were incorrect.

I’m still getting texts from you, in spite of me opting out at least three times.Please stop texting me!
