Went on a test drive only got half a mile away and ran out of petrol a big company like lookers this should never of happened .There was no give on the prices you give me bottom book and top book for your selves not a good experience

When I initially rang to book my car in I was offered a date and time that suited me. When I arrived to book my car in Lisa greeted me with a friendly smile and confirmed what work was going to be carried out. I explained I was going to potter round the local shops so she said she would try and get the job done asap. I arrived back early and was offered coffee while I waited. Lisa then confirmed what work had been carried out and advised me that a video had been sent to me to show my car had been checked. She then walked me out to my car and made sure I was happy.
