Very professional from initial callback to leaving showroom saying we probably wouldn’t buy. Salesman Jack was well informed, obliging, very pleasant manner, eager to help but never too pushy. We didn’t buy because the car wasn’t quite right for us but we did feel guilty not to be able to reward his efforts.
