Efficient and friendly staff

I stipulated via an enquiry form what I was looking to test drive, I was emailed the same night for a slot the next day, the car I wanted was waiting for me to test, I had a great conversation with Gary where he gave me some good tips on company car allowances which was really valuable and he sent me all of my quotes to refer back to as well as pointing me in the right direction for finance options. There was no hard sell and no pushy behaviour, which I've come to realise is standard in other retailers.
