Invoice says my car is a Passat but it’s actually a Golf. Will my service records be correct? It didn’t get washed! Great service as usual, just needs records updating so that information isn’t confusing. Will the service be recognised as for my Golf?

The customer service from the lady on the service desk (apologies, I didn’t catch her name), was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, polite and nothing was too much trouble - even when I was stuck in traffic and was going to be slightly late to pick up my car. She even offered to stay behind a little to accommodate me. She is an absolute asset to your organisation.
