The hospital contacted me with an urgent appointment i had to attend, unfortunately it was on the same day my car was booked in. I telephoned and spoke to Mark and we made arrangements to leave my key under the drivers mat for your driver to collect my car. My wife was returning home from the hospital and your driver was ringing my doorbell, not knowing any of the arrangements. So i think your communication needs sorting out and reading of e-mails.

Service 1st class, however i was looking to get some other work done but telephone operators do not help and i was unable to get a simple accurate costing over the phone as a result took the work else where.

The salesman Mr Jonny Elliott at your Newport road branch in Middlesborough was very informative about the new volkswagen Golf we were interested in giving us all the information we required. Unfortunately it was just out of our reach financially. How ever when we can we may come and look at a used car with low mileage'
