I did not come in but spoke to Tom on the phone so some of the above answers are “no” but not through any fault of the the Salesman just circumstances. He came back to me with a new car offer but we found an identical car which was one year old and bought that. We would come back to you next time though as we received a good response - better than the Northallerton garage who were not as efficient in getting back to us, after a good first visit. Just the follow up really. However the Northallerton garage were amazing when my car needed oil on a day of torrential rain! They sorted me out so well, and I stayed dry.

Disappointed that my car requires new rear brake disc’s after only 9500 miles.(£400 to replace).I was told that it was probably because it has been stood for too long which I explained it hadn’t been then was told it may be because of the winter weather and the the discs getting grit in them which I doubt very much . I have previously had five brand new cars in a 15 year period which have had 30000 miles plus on them and I’ve never had any brake issues with any of them.whatsoever. . I suggest the quality of materials used on the initial build of the car should be looked into if the discs need replacing after such a short period of time. The car is generally a decent car overall but because of the brake issues I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend a Vw to any of my family or friends.
