The hospital contacted me with an urgent appointment i had to attend, unfortunately it was on the same day my car was booked in. I telephoned and spoke to Mark and we made arrangements to leave my key under the drivers mat for your driver to collect my car. My wife was returning home from the hospital and your driver was ringing my doorbell, not knowing any of the arrangements. So i think your communication needs sorting out and reading of e-mails.

The communication for almost a year was almost non-existent. I only ever got an update when I initiated it. When Matthew Walker took over our purchase in November then his communication was excellent right up to picking up the car in January and his follow up a few days later.
