My only gripe is that my rear brake discs are that heavily corroded that they need replacing on a car that's less than 4 years old that has covered under 20k

Tom Covell was superb. Reception staff were very chatty and gave a very good ambiance to the newly refurbed building. The coffee is good.

The salesman, Adam Bell was very knowledgeable and dealt with the sale in a very professional manner. The dealership is a long way from where we live but it was very worthwhile us making the trip.

Other garages clean and vac cars when taken in for servicing. Its a bit odd that you send out a text showing replacement tyres that you don't have in stock and then offer a tyre not on the list.

Service & communication all good. Staff in Dealership very friendly & competent. Nice that the car had been cleaned on the outside, but a run round with a vacuum & polish on the inside would have been appreciated, I'm sure that used to happen previously. Overall happy though :)
