Happy with the car overall, but let down by initial presentation on collection. The car was simply not cleaned to the standard I would expect when paying £20k. There was (and I'd still) an issue with noise from rear wheels area, which has been looked at but not thoroughly enough in my opinion.

I don't understand why the necessity for changing the brake fluid wasn't mentioned when i booked the service and / or why is it not included in the service anyway ?
