I was at the dealership to exchange a problematic vehicle for another of the same marque - a Tiguan. The very professional competent manner in which I was treated was a pleasure in an era of declining customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a vehicle.

Brian who i dealt with was superb from start to finish sorting all the paperwork out and keeping me updated about my car. I was thoroughly impressed with the way Brian conducted himself he wasn't giving me all the sales patter that i had experienced in some other garages i had visited previously that day, this was a breath of fresh air to me so i decided straight away i would deal with Brian. Totally honest guy to deal with giving me good info and not pushy in any way. Spoke in depth about my buying options and helped sort out what was best for me. Was a pleasure to deal with and would recommend Lookers and their team.

I was disappointed to not have my car valeted- despite being Serviced it felt odd still being unwashed when I saw my car in the park. In my opinion it would be sensible to advise customers the Valeting Bay was not operational prior to bringing their cars in for Servicing- especially given I received a text, an email and a call regarding my forthcoming Service without any mention of the Valeting bay being unavailable. I have been advised to book my car in for Valeting when I'm next coming to Middlesbrough. The vibration sound in the air vent appears to have been resolved with insulation put in.

Did not purchase my new VW yet, but neither have I purchased another vehicle.
