The link that was sent by text to monitor van progress didn't work correctly. It only took me back to an option to book a service. Accepted vehicle with little fuss, listened to what I had to say, vehicle back with issues resolved and all working.

The link to follow the progress of my vans workshop visit is great idea but on my visit the progress report was not kept fully up to date. That’s why not 5 star
