The link that was sent by text to monitor van progress didn't work correctly. It only took me back to an option to book a service. Accepted vehicle with little fuss, listened to what I had to say, vehicle back with issues resolved and all working.

Was very easy My van was serviced and returned to me the same day. No issues with service. The only reason it was not a 5* was the fact that I couldn't get the software update required due to a server fault.

The staff are doing their utmost(Kate) to expedite a major engine failure in my van. They are grappling with the warranty to resolve this as best they can.
