There was not a lot of online updates, probably because of limited staff over the Christmas period Staff are amazing but the telephone system really needs to be fixed. Impossible to call the branch itself, to ask question and request update, you can call ten times and still not get through. Like I said before, once you are finally able to speak to a member of staff then it's all great. Really good and helpful customer service but they really need to fixed the phone lines.
