There was not a lot of online updates, probably because of limited staff over the Christmas period Staff are amazing but the telephone system really needs to be fixed. Impossible to call the branch itself, to ask question and request update, you can call ten times and still not get through. Like I said before, once you are finally able to speak to a member of staff then it's all great. Really good and helpful customer service but they really need to fixed the phone lines.

Just the overall service you get from all the staff always very friendly

good personal service. but your call centre is too far away and could only give a three month appt for a warranty issue. Would much prefer to call garage directly.

Excellent service from start of process to the end

It's limited to scheduled appointment, You are required to speak to an operator in order to book a "customer wait" appointment. Scheduled service appointment. Wait and Go, was in and out in 90 mins. Perfect for customers like myself travelling some distance.
