The day after my vehicle was in for an mot I get an email that the cam belt is due for renewal. Given the vehicle is on a service plan and gas been in twice in the last couple of months this would have been know about and could have been booked at the same time. I now have to make another booking giving me an extra round trip and unnecessary time.

My interaction was by phone, not in person. The sales exec was very polite and as helpful as he could be. Unfortunately there is no known date from VW for the Amarok as yet, so he couldn`t give me any more info - not his fault.

The lady I spoke with was very helpful and had a quote to me with in an hr top service.

Ian McCallum was very helpful and answered all the questions I had on my first visit. The handover was very smooth with Ian explaining how everything worked. So far I have been very happy with the van.

Drivers door has to be repaired this is the 3 time it’s been in they have now found out that it has a seal missing I think this car has been in a accident before I bought it not really happy about this.
