I was emailed reminders for service and mot but before I was able to contact you I received a call from a 'third party' (booking agent) inviting me to book a service. I agreed but was then advised the work could not be carried out before mot due date. I was told none of the work could be done as you were fully booked until end of March. I tried to call you directly but it took several attempts to do that - automated service was problematic. I eventually made a suitable appointment. The booking was confirmed by email and I received timely reminders. I was very happy with everything on the day - friendly greeting, work schedule prepared in advance and advised when vehicle was ready for collection. I expected a health check video as I usually get one but didn't on this occasion, however, I was advised all was well at pick up.
