You need to do something about the phones. I tried on numerous occasions to get through to the service department. I eventually got an answer from the parts dept, who had to go and find out if my vehicle was ready. Very frustrating for callers.

I liked the email, with a link to the detail of what work is required but it lacks detailed information on the specific items eg brakes corroded, garage says need urgently replacing but were actually good enough to pass an MOT. When I requested a call back to inquire for more information as your link had offered, I had to email the garage after leaving messages to contact me. Eventually after several days, contact was made via email for a way forward. Maybe the call back link isn’t working probably or staff extremely busy but I felt customer service wasn’t the best it normally is. Anyway, the rest was fine
