i prefer to speak to someone on site as it is a motability vehicle and like to explain what is wrong and find out the length of time for he repair incase i require a hired vehicle Always listen to my needs and keep me well informed of what is happening to our Van.

We have owned our Transporter for over a year now and after poor customer service in the Edinburgh area we went to Baillieston to sort out a minor servicing issue. Staff there (Ross and Kate) were extremely helpful and as a result we use Baillieston for servicing and any other issues. One such ‘issue’ was a well known software problem with the SOS display which began to activate continually. The part was arranged to be replaced under warranty but another issue was discovered at the same time resulting in the van having to remain in the workshop. A courtesy vehicle was arranged until ours was fixed successfully. Both Kate and Ross were extremely helpful going above and beyond to assist us. The workshop staff seem to have done a great job as well with no recurrence of the software problems. We would thoroughly recommend VW Baillieston to anyone with a VW van.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THE PICKING UP AND DROPPING OFF OF OUR VEHICLES IS A MASSIVE OPERATIONAL HELP.

The whole experience was great. Ross was really accommodating in getting my van in for its MOT and also addressing a problem that had previously been highlighted. He contacted me to keep me up to date with the progress of the job and was very accommodating in looking after the van until I could collect it.
