I know the Garage has changed ownership and I have moved south after 55 years of buying cars in Carlisle. I felt happy to deal with Carlisle. This is why I don’t need a Service plan. I was buying an Audi, it has come from Scotland and was brought part way to my home by one of your staff. Excellent service.

Everyone very helpful and welcoming. Did not feel presured at all which is always a bonus. There was a small issue with the paintwork which wasn't picked up by myself until the day of collection but this was dealt with in a professional manner and quickly rectified to my complete satisfaction.
