I dealt with Nathan in VW Sales and his manager Simon. The whole experience was a extremely positive one and despite a few bumps along the way - which were dealt with quickly and fairly - I thoroughly enjoyed the process. I wish both Nathan & Simon every success going forward.

Sandra, the customer service adviser was very helpful & understood the difficulties I had previously experienced while attempting to have my vehicle serviced. It's taken three attempts to have Lookers offer me a courtesy vehicle that materialised. On two previous occasions a booking was made, only to discover that the request had been overridden and none was available on arrival at the garage on the first occasion. They did call on the second occasion to suggest ahead of me travelling to the garage that there was no vehicle for me, again despite one having been requested. The latest visit ran smoothly & Sandra helpfully provided progress updates.
