This is not to do with the dealership, but I had chosen to participate in the Volkswagen handover programme with a mystery shopper. However, they were given a handover date before the dealership, which was disconcerting as I had not heard from the dealership about this date. Volkswagen as a brand need to be more proactive in ensuring all parties are aware of a proposed handover date. The Sales executive contacted me as soon as She was aware of the delivery of my vehicle, but I should not have been given the date from the handover programme before the dealership knew of delivery. As I said this is not the fault of the dealership, but communication inside Volkswagen as a company

Kelly was knowledgeable, she listened, easy to talk to and not too pushy.

Kirsty was fantastic. Couldn’t have been nicer if more helpful. Just unfortunate that the figures weren’t in line with what I could afford at through time! Would return in the future

Kelly was most approachable and friendly, and her knowledge of the vehicle’s were second to none. I would not hesitate in returning to Carlisle if we decided to purchase a car in future.
