I have just bought my first car with Lookers and they couldn’t have been of more help to me. Everything was made easy and the whole process was stress free. Very happy with my experience and don’t have a single complaint.

On previous visits the car had been washed and hoovered but only washed on this occasion. It was left 0900 and a call recieved at 1130 to confirm it was ready and I did tell the service receptionist I would collect it at 5pm. Everything else about the service provided was exceptional

Sandra was extremely helpful and arranged a lift home and my collection from home

I was told at the time of booking that Lookers no longer provided transport into town while my car was being serviced so I booked a replacement car. I was asked to sign for this and the car was identified but apparently it was being used for another journey and eventually it was agreed that I could get a lift into town after all. Also the car wasn’t valeted and I was told that we could get it valeted if I called up and booked but since I live over 40 miles away from the dealership this is not a viable option.

Nothing to add other than the experience was a pleasure the staff were great and the product unrivalled.
