Had to wait nearly 3 weeks to get my car seen and no courtesy car available for 5 weeks. Good customer service once my car was with the dealership. Staff worked overtime to get my car ready. Much appreciated

After agreeing purchase I had difficulty contacting the sales rep She didnt return my calls. I wnt above her to speak to her manager and only when I sad I would come in and waylay them did I get a response. I was unhappy with the calculation on my invoice which did not represent the values agreed although the final invoice figure was correct. I also signed up for and paid for 2years warranty in addition to the 1year free warranty offered. The paperwork only stated 2years paid warranty on contacting Jonny he said that the free warranty would come after the paid warranty finished. Also I was not given details of the warranty or contact details until I raisded the matters with Jonny.

I thought i could have been imformed that their was a staff shortage as i handed over my car 10.10am and did not get it back 15.30pm i was told it would take 2 hrs but alas this was not the case i had travelled from dumfries with the person i support and who's car it was who can become very aggitated when things do not happen when he has been told when we will be leaving it would be nice if we could be told in advance if their was going to be any issuess in future and another appointment could be made for all concerned Thanks

Really good service chuffed with my new car & the extras (warranty etc)

All dealings with the sales staff, Kirstie and Johnny were carried out in a friendly, professional and informative manner. At no time during our dealings with them did we feel pressurised into taking any optional products or extras that were offered to us.
